Ornamental grass seedlings

I decided to try to grow some ornamental grasses from seed for the first time this year. The seeds have germinated well but now I'm not sure what to do with them!
They are such fragile little blades, I wonder at what point to prick them out and do I try to separate them or plant up in little clumps?
Whatever the answer is, I think I need new glasses first!

Well at least clumps will be easier I suppose. Thanks.

In the GCs, when they sell small pots of say - Stipa tenuissima, I noticed thet the pots have several separate smaller clumps, which do grow together to make one decent sized plant.
So I guess the answer is to pot them on in clumps, not singly!
