I have an indoor Cyclemen, it has what I think are seed heads where the flower was, what should I do, take them off or let them stay, if so what do I wait to do, are they easy to sow and grow them, here is the Cyclamen in Question.

Agree, but if you do want to try your luck, then wait until the pods begin to split. then remove the seeds, wash over night in warm slightly soapy water and surface sow in ordinary seed compost. Keep at a constant 16c and they should germinate quite quickly. Once they reach a reasonable size, prick out and grow on. The professional growers can get them into flower in 16 months from sowing the seeds, but that takes a bit of heat, light and a lot of feeding.

these are easy to deal with, I find they grow easily from seed. If you dont want to grow them then just cut them off at the base of the stalk. personally i do like them, they are a nice shape and change colour as the pod ripens.

Just out of interest, if there is enough room in the pot they will bury their own seed by curling their stems up into a spiral. Outdoor ones reproduce freely like this so fertile indoor ones would probably be the same if they are fertile. I have a pure white one that doesn't seem to set seed at all.
Well worth having a go as they are so lovely.

Thank You All
Steragram. There isn't any room in the pot so I will put it in a bigger pot and put soil on the outside of the smaller pot :o))

Be careful then as most plants don't like moving when in flower. You could wait until they start to take the seed heads down to soil level and then remove them and pot them up yourself.

I would not recommend repotting whilst the cyclamen is flowering.

I meant remove the seed heads and pot them up, not repot the cyclamen. Perhaps should have said plant them ore even sow them!

Wait until thy are ripe though before you remove and plant.

A lot of the indoor cyclamen do not set fertile seed, personally I think the seed pods look pretty and would leave them on otherwise simply remove. Growing cyclamen from seed takes several years to the point where you have a flowering corm.
