Let them drop there seed then you can snip them off. I left mine for the first time last year and this year I have baby seedlings growing.
When they are bigger I will lift them and re plant them somewhere else.

Unless you do want seedlings I'd cut them off now. Each year we manage to miss deadheading at least one hellebore and then have to weed out all the seedlings which have hybridised with our other hellebores.
