Can anyone tell me if this is a weed or a plant, it is growing in a friends garden and he didn't plant it. He went on hols for 2 wks and when he came back this is what he found. It is about 18ins high and I thought at first it was corn until I saw the flower.I rather like it..

I was just thinking the same Moon growe. I hope everyone who has it doesn't allow it to seed, the country could be covered in it next year!

it reminds me of a cornflower but the leaves dont seem right. i like the flower though.
