why doesn't my red hot pokers flower?

the leaves are multipling, green & healthy looking but no flowers......they recieve full sun..no flowers at all last year ..this is 3rd year plant

i should think it will soon just a late starter just like some humans as it sounds nice and healthy

How long have you had this and have you got it planted in the shade, I have 2 one gets the sun and the other is planted in the shade the one in the sun flowers sooner than the one in the shade. with 2 months difference, Yet this is the same plant as I divided it.
