Are you able to read the adverts in the local paper (if there is one?) Otherwise, I suppose you could try the telephone directory...or ask around any contacts you have.

Have a look on Google and find some plans or even design you own and buy the appropriate timber from your local supplier or ask the local cafes etc where they got there’s.

Do cafés in Israel have pergolas?

They did 20 years ago when I went there the pavement cafes erect them to provide shade.
