We went to Lutterworth today to the ‘Plant Show’/Farmer’s Market where there was a seed swap and other things there. It was very cold and it started to rain also after we had been there for about half an hour, so we came home early. We managed to see a few things there:
1. Arriving at the show
2. The town council planter
3. Close up of flowers in planter
4. Planting up the geranium cutting
5. The bread stall
6. Listening to the band. Then it came on to rain
7. Looking at the herbs for sale
8. I swapped six packets of marigold seeds for: a geranium plant, a courgette plant (not germinated yet), shallots, old variety of peas, an old something which is a cross between a cucumber and pepper, and some lettuce seeds
Thanks for coming along :-)

I thought it was awful early Richard! Today we have had glorious sunshine nearly all day. There is still a chilly wind though; but I managed to get a few things bought and planted, and now I'm watering again (with the sprinkler), trying to get the grass patches to germinate! We have so little rain here, although it is often cloudy and cold. I hope you have a better day tomorrow. We could all do with a bit of warmth though...molly is snoozing in the conservatory. In there it is roasty toasty! ....sigh...its a dog's life!
