We have a little corner to our patio tucked around the side of the house.

We get the sun latest at this section and it is nice and sheltered and tucked away from the view of some of the neighbours.

It started off as just a fenced patio area, and is now in its 3rd mini makeover.

The fence to the right was dark and bare with no plants just after the patio was laid…

Then we christened it the “Sitooterie” and added some bargain bays in supermaket bought pots- I love how the light reflects off the metal and lights up the dark area right next to the fence…

Lit up at night in summer 2012….

Bays with their frost jackets, wrapped up for winter & xmas 2012-3…..

Red hot in early spring 2013 ..

Now its time for the spring/summer 2013 makeover…hubby setting up new water feature for me!

I still need to decide on planting arond the water feature.

Hope to add some hanging planters to the trellis for this summer to add some colour, plus maybe some solar lights…but hubby says I am not allowed to make it too girly!!

In return for OH setting up the water feature..I had to promise to do a Charlie Dimmock while gardening on Saturday afernoon. You’ll be glad to know there is no photos of me in the blog;)
