Thank you GOY

It’s been an awfully long time since I’ve posted a blog but wanted to express my thanks to two GOY members.
Firstly, Bjs. Brian kindly sent me up a seedling from the seed I sent him down a couple of years back after all mine died! I am now over the moon I have managed to nurture this seedling through to flowering size. Thank you so very much Brian. I will need to pay more attention this year!
Secondly, a big thank you to pcw for sending me up a small pot of Iris chrysographes (amongst other things), I have watched the flower buds on this for weeks now and the first has finally opened. Thank you. The plant has really bulked up now and I look forward to growing it in various spots around the garden. Thanks again.
Oh, and Brian. Just remembered this one too. Picture taken back in May. It’s been blooming since early in the year and still going strong.
I might not be around very much but I do pop on from time to time to see what you are all up to. Thankfully there has been no misbehaving.

I have so many beautiful plants from GOY members, but like you Brian is top of my list. My husband knows him as cardboard box Brian which reflects his wonderful skills in making boxes to send us all his perfect plants.

These are all gorgeous Scottish. I especially like the Iris. Mine are all just buds and the meconopsis are all just 6" high, except fpr the yellow one. It is the last of the ones that die after they flower. Two flowers opened on it last week but were blown to bits within days because of the high winds. No misbehaving? Do you mean you are being good or just run off your feet? I hope all is well for everybody. If you are coming down this way soon I have a white digitalis for you. I cannot guarantee any seedlings will be white.
