Hi Sk, could be Bradford pear, {Pyrus calleriana}, but it could also be a white flowered variety of flowering cherry, { prunus}, Derek.

I agree its lovely to see all the blossom appearing and the leaves beginning to show on others, right windy ole day here with sunshine and showers, bashing the daffs down so could have avase full by the end of the day....
