Thank you all for your kind words. I am happy to achieve this much as the soil is very hard sticky clay and waterlogged . I just plant those plants and shrubs which are happily grow.

Yes its surprising how many plants will grow in clay soil.

What a lovely well cared for garden you have. I was only saying this morning how we also haven't bought anything for the garden this year but how almost everything is blooming away. Could do with some rain though.
