Okay, now I just go all out...with having water this year.

Look,I see I am not getting younger- pushing 60. So,the wild ideas I have had over the years- just doing them and see how it pans out. This year a clump of Bromeliads after 15 years became too large and heavy for my old patio arbor. Fell down- with cat help probably.
So,I after much thought I took that 3’ diameter clump, lifted it up 8’ in the air and place it in an old Ash ( I planted in 1979) crotch of branches in front of the rental cottage
So today I have before and after photo’s..but its still a project. I know I can find some nice contrasting plants that also like growing on trees..without much water. They like a little- but consistent water over summer rather then heaving soakings. The plants that need more- are in the back yard.
Really the sky- pun intended- is the limit for my new planting area- a big tree!
