well, decided to visit my daughter today, she asked us over for lunch with her and megan (grand daughter).
We carried on our talks about her wedding ( still plenty of time in the future) and the wife and her looked through loads of pics of dress’s and the like, i watched kung fu panda with megan.
We went from there to Turners retreat, a local woodturning centre in order for me to get a certain jig that will enable me to sharpen my bowl gauge properly.
There’s a thing, when i mentioned to the wife some time ago that i needed a bowl gouge, she remembered it. When i was planning to go somewhere one day she reminded me that i had to fetch the Bowel Gauge i needed, no wonder i got some funny looks.
Well thats my 2 days over for another week, will have to see if i can get the hedge cut after work this week, and also the 2 lawns too, especially if i want some time in my cabin, here’s hoping…

there have been times when i could have used it as a bowel gouge, when hubby walks in shedding shavings over the recently vacuumed carpet ! turners retreat is a good place to lose one's other half for an hour or two too.
