New and old.

We bought another Crab Apple due to the success of our one from last year, this one is a dark pink, Neville Copeman. For the front lawn.

This Clematis is a Montana and it’s the first year we’ve had flowers around our kitchen window, which looks lovely from inside as well as outside.

These Cape Daisies are last year’s which I clipped and kept in my ‘down the bottom of the garden’ area over winter. They’re looking fresh as daisies!

Your garden looks full of plants, that's a proper garden :) I love the view through the window :)

Thank you Hywel, as long as no-one is looking for a seat it's perfect! There's not a lot of space between all the plant pots, bird baths, bird-hangers etc but it's the way I like it. I rarely sit down in it - rarely warm enough - but we do the washing up in the kitchen with a beautiful view, and our dining room looks out on to it too so we're happy.

The view is lovely as is the crab apple. As for doing the washing up, you look as if you have used all your bowls for plants - can't think of a better use for a washing up bowl. Clematis are such happy plants, make everyone smile and get better every year, what else could you want?

You're right Honeysuckle, I love bright coloured washing up bowls anyway but once they are 'a bit done with washing up' they are perfect and cheap plant pots. And it recycles plastic! Clematis plants are definitely my latest favourite.
