Just a few pics to show what’s going on in the garden today, also a few seedlings coming on…
Eucomis Bicolor coming into it’s own now, never noticed before that the scent is rather pungent,,,
Primular Vialii shooting up all the time now…
Briza Maxima looking good now from seed sown in Jan…
Eremurus Ruiter Hybrid seedlings from seed that i harvested myself here, there’s loads if anyone wants some let me know,,,
Alstroemeria Ligtu Hybrid also my own harvested seed, again if anyone wants any they are welcome to some…
Tulipa Tarda seedlings i’m growing these to make a nice group in the alpine area…
Armeria Maritima Alba, slowly staring to open, i like this one as it’s a little different from the pink/red ones…
Wisteria Amethyst Falls is flowering now to, just love the colour and fragrance from it…
And my Pasithea Caerulea
some of my others are slowly coming as well but that’s for another blog, my Canna is starting to sprout up and my ginger too which i’m looking forward too…
Thanks for looking :-)

Interesting. Like the Eucomis, and the Wisteria flowers.

Great pictures, love the one of the Eucomis, I've noticed the pungent smell too and also noticed that they attract flies! I've never seen bees on mine and wondered whether its the flies that pollinate them? I've got two 3 year old Eucomis 'Sparkling Burgundy' but haven't had any flowers yet, just lots of foliage.

Paul, you need to go out in your garden and have a good look mate. I remember you and I buying a pack of three Eucomis Bicolor the same week from Morrisons. Think you planted them a week before me as well.?

Thank you for the advice re the Eucomis sparkling burgundy Surreylad, I've moved the pots to a better position and I'll give them a feed later today, so hopefully might see some flowers this year.
