What a caring postal service you get in Cheshire - similar service in Gloucestershire when our postman offered to help me change the wheel on my car when he spotted a flat tyre. Then he realised he was behind his schedule and had better not! Still, the thought was there... :)

I am SO lucky and my Postman Pete (NB Scottish version!!) is a gem of a lad and usually has a biscuit in his pocket for the dogs!! They know of course now - and beat me to the door when he rings...LOL He once found me struggling with some bags of compost I was taking out of the car and put his bag down and lifted them all up to the greenhouse for me!!!

Wow, Swanky, to still have people in this day & age being caring. This makes me realize all is not lost. A great postman he is.!!
