If you are in norfolk on 21st June (check the date) the village of Ludham opens its gardens to the public. This takes place every 2 years and you can hop on and off a river bus (you are on the broads) lots of properties provide cream teas (WE BECAME AFLOAT OURSELVES) there are beautiful big gardens down to courtyards and lots sell cuttings of their plants. There is a classic car display as well, I have been once before and cant wait but this year I will be taking my camera as there are so many ideas its hard to remember them all
