Hellebore Double Ellen

In 2016 I bought a collection of ten plants, two each of Double Ellen Pink Spotted, D.E.Pink, D.E. Pink Picotee, D.E.
Red Splash and two Niger double.
No white (Niger) ever materialised but below are some of the colours.
Can you put a name to them from the above list.
Apart from Pink and Picotee Pink I don’t think the name labels defines any of them and even then no two plants the same. I love some of the colours but still no elusive double white.
Apologies but I think I may have put a couple of pics of the same flowers.

Im pretty sure I bought that collection! I do have a double white...but I had forgotten that it came from that collection. You’re so right, they are hard to ID. There is a lot of variation within each named variety. But they are all beautiful. I think I like the second one down best. But I'm sure that I have numbers 1, 5, 6, 7 and 8. I think it was a case of ‘pot luck’!

They are lovely but I find collections are not always named etc.

This one was though SBG. It was a collection of the ‘Double Ellen Series. It included Double Ellen Red, Double Ellen Purple and Double Ellen Picotee. I don’t recall the other names. I think it was from Hayloft? Is that right Thorneyside?

They are all gorgeous ,I find the names of plants very confusing I'm convinced they change the names of Penstemons each year to make more sales Probably to make you think you haven't got that particular one ..

Ha ha Amy. I know exactly what you mean with Penstemons. They are tricky to keep names for!

Thanks for all your comments and yes from Hayloft. They have similar double collections on offer at the moment but I really shouldn't be looking!!

I remember this flower from years ago when doing a garden over for an elderly person and asked about this plant that they said they had never planted so it had to have been bird dropped. Tried several to get it to grow for me but it never happened.

As you say a bit confusing, trying to relate the colours to the names, they are lovely though.
