Canvas prints.

We are doing our bedroom up and wanted some nice pictures for the wall. This Dahlia is the only pic I could find of the photos from my garden that I hadn’t compressed. So I sent it of to Tescos and hey presto….
We now have a canvas print of one of our flowers on our wall.
I am now awating the oriental poppies to open so we can get a large pic to go over the bed.
I must remember not to compress them though as they have to be a large jpeg to get them transformed.
We want our own pics, rather than the same ones you get in the shops. It makes it a bit more personal.

Just put a pic up of it in situ. It is only a small one 30x30cm as I wanted to try it and see what it looks like.
Later on I will take some more pics that will be suitable for a large print.

I take my snapshots and use them as a guide for larger paintings. They are always slightly different then in real life but sometimes i combine photographs for one painting.
