It is really itchy but it has been for quite a while, I thought I had had a spider or something trapped in my top a few weeks ago, and that it had bitten me and caused a reaction but it was this all along. The pain is on either side of my spine between my shoulder blades, but im going to ignore it so that it goes away!!! lol.

I had shingles a few yrs ago. It's a very painful thing to get and most unpleasant. I'm sorry to hear you've got it Lynne but it will soon clear I hope.

I had them years ago, after my kids had chichenpox, they are very painful, hope you feel better soon.

lol, wait till you see me spritz, then you will realise how funny your 'dont go out in the sun in your bikini' comment is lol.
But lol no, i wont go out in the sun. I'm safe to go out today thought coz its still overcast here. Ive got washing in the machine that I have washed twice coz I havent had the oomph to put it out.
