Hello everyone, my names is Gareth and I'm 62 yrs young, I consider myself to be quite fit, I like to dig the allotment by hand, although, I do have a Rotovator which I use to turn in manure in the spring, when not in the allotment I take part in running events and keep fit, I have grown our own soft fruit and most veg since 1974,
Oh and the boring bit my job tittle, I am a Senior Safety and Training Consultant, mainly in the scaffold industry, if anyone wants to know anymore please ask
