Carol Klein

I never heard of Carol Klein, but send her my congratulations. What is the medal.

the medal is in recognition of the work done in Horticulture. Often they are plantsmen or women. some go to people who have done important research or breeding programmes.
the actual medal is rather pretty. looks to be made of bronze. google its image and you will see what I mean.

Such an enthusiastic presenter, and seems so down to earth. I really enjoy watching her.

What an honour and so well deserved, I do like Carol, her enthusiasm is infectious and she is not afraid to get herself dirty even when in front of the camera, she comes across as a gardener not a presenter.....

Her enthusiasm is tremendous & I really like seeing her on BBC Gardener's World! As others have already said, she doesn't mind at all getting her hands dirty, nor does Monty Don for that matter! ???
