Snow - Here We Go Again

Our earlier snow disappeared over Christmas; since then it has been bitterly cold but free of the white stuff. We even had some sunny days and it was still clear by the end of daylight yesterday. But overnight, the white menace struck again.
FRONT GARDEN THIS MORNING
ROSE GARDEN THIS MORNING
BACK GARDEN THIS MORNING
We had no trains running earlier (due to a fallen tree on the line) but they resumed at 10am. The road outside is uneerily quiet and even my neighbour opposite, who always drives to work, has left her car at home today.
At least it’s still more than 100 days until the garden is next open.

We are not too bad here, I was able to drop children to school, the snow is about no inch high here. lol. But I cannot help admiring everyone's garden in the snow. Radio 5 Live's discussion right now is about snow, therefore it is everywhere, that is what everyone's got on their minds. Will be back out later to collect children from school, meantime shall cosy up at the PC.

Yes, here as well! The first real snow here in the 5 years we've lived here, apart from a very slight fall 3 years ago.
Pretty pictures - but I still hate it!

Sanbaz - it would have to be bigger than huge, I'm two miles from where they live.
My neighbour who lives opposite and usually drives to work, was standing outside and waiting for a lift this morning. She was there for at least ten minutes - she could have walked it in that time

According to the lunchtimes news, Bracknell had another three inches of snow last night and the entire town was gridlocked with traffic this morning. Certainly my road was solid with stationary cars until nearly 10am
