Update to Fancy a few days..............

Our daughter is keen on gardening, but has a full time job and a new baby, and at 42 it has taken it’s toll, her other half is not interested, when we lived in the same village it was always a lovely garden……
It is a large garden and the pictures show the bottom half and steps leading up to the top (which we worked on).
We had a smashing weekend, her boyfriend is a wonderful cook, so we were treated to some fantastic three course meals, with lots to drink, in fact we wished we had made the job last longer……perhaps next time, as no doubt it will need some more TLC next year, we can be thankful things grow far more slowly up North!!! if we had not cut the grass for a year here, it would be up to the windows, and the whole garden a jungle!!!!
Thanks for all your comments, will get around to answering them later….

Can't make my mind up whether I'd prefer a good cook or a good gardener - close-run thing! I suppose both would be hoping for too much, lol.

TT it could be a really nice garden, good size and not overlooked at the back.
Amy thanks Edward is our latest grandchild. Clarice she was delighted with our efforts.......Hywel we did enjoy the weekend.
Wagger sometimes having two gardeners in the family can cause problems, we used to have a his and hers in our last garden lol
