Carole / Sandra you beat Janey to it what can I say that's twice to have all the good wishes from our GOY friends , thank you everyone that is so kind of you ,
We had a lovely relaxing long weekend in York plus the icing on the cake was to visit Janey and Ian on our way home that made it even more special :o))
The weather was against us we we didn't do to much in the way of taking photos we were too busy keeping dry and warm and eating lots of delicious meals ..

Yes Brian Definitely a child bride, when I think about it now we must have been mad LOL ..

Thanks Sandra why do we always thinks of food as being the best part LOL , it was snowing like mad when we were at Janeys , the journey home alternated between snowing ,raining and then foggy patches ,when we finally arrived back in Norfolk it was snowing huge flakes and a covering of white everywhere .... xx

I saw the snow on the local weather,Amy..very bad round the Bradford area..we didn't have anything..in fact I was out in the garden yesterday afternoon..it is trying today though,but more sleet than snow..here we go again ! not a good forecast for the coming week :o(

It's been lovely and sunny this afternoon very cold though , you wouldn't think it could change so much in such a short space of time !

Pleased you had a lovely time in York Amy [better not go on the scales for a day or two though lol] Lovely for you to meet up with Janey too, and nice to have you back where you belong ;0))

To late to warn me about the scales Carole I stepped on them when I came out of the shower a while ago , It will take weeks to shift the extra off ,oh well it was good while it lasted ... Seeing Janey was lovely we are hoping to meet up again in the good weather to visit her favourite garden at Normanton Hall ( I think that how you spell it )
