You will remember my son sent me a gift of a box of Grow your own Pink Oyster Mushrooms , these are the results so far .
I believe they’re almost ready to pick and eat .
Once you’ve picked them you continue watering them hopefully another crop will grow ..
I can’t wait to try eating them

Well done, Amy! They look too pretty to eat though! I’m wondering how you’ll cook them and which dish will you add them too?

Incredible, never tried them, are they tasty and could I ask where you got them from? I have to have a go.

Thanks all , I'm not sure how to use them I don't think I'll put them in a recipe there's the danger of the flavour of them being lost that way ,I might fry them in a little butter and put them on a slice of toast for a taster ..
Julian my son sent them to me in the post as a gift I don't know where he got them from ..

Thanks for all your comments , Sandra T is always very wary of me trying out wild mushrooms on him Haha .. I fried the first batch in a little butter with plenty of black pepper , I must say we couldn't get excited about them they are a little rubbery ,shame ... I'll try the next lot in a recipe ..

Oh wow! they look amazing. I tried growing mushrooms once, without much success I'm sorry to say. I bet yours will be great in a stir-fry.
