Being spoilt for a day with Lulu

I simply had to show the day from My angle so to speak from Lulu’s beautiful cottage to her stunning hospitality.And of course the four legged family.12 legs in all.
It started with a lovely surprise in that unknown to me Margo and Ken (Tet) had also been invited.and they arrived a few minutes after Val and me arrived.

A lunch time snooze
After lunch we took a stroll around the paddocks, Margo and ken were in there element as race horses to them are a passion

Val nearly lost a ear

Back outside and on to the kitchen garden
Lulu could easily make this her own
Inside some lovely Chrysanths
All to soon the day was over and we wended our way home,Jamie slept all the way having had a hard day.
Once again my thanks to lulu for making it a special day something to remember during the coming winter months,then we can do it all over again in spring at my house if they wish,and who knows maybe we can add a few more Goy ers to the list

I endorse all that Brian has said, we had a fabulous day, I cannot thank Lulu enough.
The photo's are great Brian not sure about the "Rear" one though ! ;0))

Gosh I wish I was there. Next time I visit Hidcote I will visit you too Lulu........if that is OK!! lol
I have told my husband Barry if I win the lottery I will buy a house near Hidcote. It is such a lovely area.

What a lovely place. I'm not surprised you all had a wonful day. The setting reminded me so much of Lambourne where we lived for eight years and we sure saw lots of racehorses there, whole strings of them, and,yes, they really are magnificent animals. lovely blog...
