For those of you have been on Goy a while you will have seen it before,I have owned it for nearly half my lifetime and it still goes from strength to strength.This year for once i am not up to now fighting frosts .
So indulge myself I will with a few more photos taken in the last few days.
For the record its about 3ft high and 4ft across

Just a follow up for those who like it.
Can be obtained from specialist nurseries and can be kept out of the cold for many years,it has never been in the ground now resides in a 14in pot.I do of course have to tie it up otherwise it would blow over.

The plant appears in its prime, afraid that canot be said of me,me knees ache if I kneel on them for any length of time and puff a bit when digging holes.Still 75 in a few weeks so canot complain.

Beautiful rhododendron. I have few too, but for some reason all started to loose leaves - just randomly, not all but still - it is visible on the ground around them. I checked if it is infestated with any parasite, but did not find anything. Might it be consequence of frosts?
