away a while but been busy

Well hello all what a horrible couple of months but now thank god we have been blessed with sunny blue skies and hopefully a taste of what we have to come for the summer ( fingers and toes crossed everyone) :-))

I have been away a while but i have been very busy what with work and stuff BUT most of all look what i ve done to my garden and its all thanks to this website and its knowledgable, helpful and friendly people on it. Ok so here are a few pics to show what i ve been doin hope you all like :-))

When we look out the window all we saw was an area just left sitting there doing nothing so i called in a few favours from friends and started. First we ceard it stones and all

Then it was out with the rotavator. It was quiet enjoyable watching them being pulled around by this but they eventuall got into the swing of it

whats that there :-)

Out with paint brushes guys abit of good old fashioned white washing of the walls. You missed a spot :-)

The top soil and a new path are down did this myself from now on im on my own but makes getting it completed a great achievement when i do

Down with the turf got a good deal with this as a friend of mine works in a garden centre now so HAPPY DAYS ;-)

So I decided to put an arch up and went and got 2 wisteria. I hope the do well here

And we are getting there put up trellis for clematis and the raised bed to the left has some passion flower climbers in. There have been some hostas, lupins and foxgloves added to the back border to start me off.

Well thats it so far Think its kinda leaning towards a cottage garden style but we will see :-))
