Members Photo's..a query ..

Hi B, when I log on here I only see four new photos and it says 'members with new photos', I always try to look at other members photos as well and there must be loads but cannot find them. Surely not only four photos have been posted on one day? I dont get it either, it seems to very random. Its the same with blogs, they are not in order either!

Yeah, I've noticed some of the blogs/pictures do not tie up with the dates the site say they were posted. Not sure what's going on.

havent noticed anything on dates, maybe because i dont actually look sandra, but now you have mentioned it i will now lol :o))

glad it's not just me then..Grandmage..I look at those as well,but scroll further down to that never ending long list.I then start at the bottom of that days list of who has posted a pic or blog,and work my way up to the top..which last night,was Biker bob's pic.Today,I started at the first of today's,which was Paul's and go up again to each new one.This way I don't miss any..Complicated ? I can be .Lol.!

Take a look,San..you will see what I mean..it doesn't always happen,but this took my eye..considering it was late,and I was a bit bog eyed..I'm surprised I noticed it ! Lol.

I have noticed that as well, I thought at first it was tied up with when mine was playing up but obviously not...
I`m always miles behind with members pics, never seem to catch up...

Will we ever catch up,Linclass ? maybe over the winter,if we can't get out much ! :o)

I remember us saying that last winter Bloomer, I know for a fact that I never caught up, lol, I have reached the stage where I now browse the pics by members and do 16 at a time...

Lincs. I tend to just read the blogs at mo. and look at pics but dont comment just say 'like', then I havent got to plough through all the comments on my home page!!! This way I dont worry then!

I think the only way we`ll ever catch up would be if we banned them going on in January, lol, cannot see that happening somehow..

ha ha,G..It's with being in a confined space..NOT the padded cell..yet!,but might be before long,if we can't get out much....:o)

In the winter months the amount of photos posted on here drops like a stone, I notice this because - instead of editing anything from 200-450 photos per day in spring and summer it drops to 10-50 per day.
Also since the last revamp of the site it is now very easy to click on the 'last' page rather than the 'next' page when looking at the list of blogs and this takes you back some years.

I didn't realise you edited so many ,Denise..wow,that must take up so much of your time..! I take my hat off to you,for doing all this,for our benefit.,and pleasure...very much appreciated..thank you :o)

Thank-you Bloomer, in the spring and summer its a very busy site. I love doing it, as its very interesting and I find I am learning a lot too.

I'm sure you must enjoy doing it,Denise..and you still find time to do your gardening as well ! I don't think I would have the staying power to do all that..and look after a home and Family..Wonder Woman comes to mind ! :o))

Today in 'my favourite members' column it tells me that Sheilabub has written a new blog, 4th Dec. I opened the blog only to find it is an old one written on the 13th Nov. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ooooooooeeeerrrrr.

If you are following it then it would come up for you every time someone puts a new comment on it, no matter how old it is - Grandmage.

Drc. I didnt mean things I commented on, I meant in the F.M. list where it tells me who is blogging and putting photos on, it said by Sheilabub name 'two blogs' and one of them was an old one which I had already seen! Not sure why.

Grandmage I have just looked at Sheilabubs blog started on Nov 13th. That would come up again on your FM list as Bampy had commented on it on December 4 or 5th and you are following it.

When my list is very long on my news page I work my way from the bottom and click on the stop following, then I think I`m right in saying it will only come up again if I myself add another comment, think thats what has happened for you Grandmage, you are still following the blog and are getting the prompt each time any other member adds a comment.
Hope that makes sense....
