Glamis Castle, Scotland
5 comments
We visited Glamis Castle recently and it was a treat.
The castle was the childhood home of HRH Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, and also the birthplace of Princess Margaret.
The castle is beautiful, inside and out, but the gardens, especially the Italian garden, are lovely.

It really is beautiful. You are so lucky, Scotkat, living near such a gorgeous place. We were lucky enough to go to the open air concert at the castle just recently too. The music was wonderful and the firework display at the end of the evening was great.
