Countrydweller's Profile

I am a keen gardener, but can be almost defeated by the heavy clay soil we have here. My husband has spent the last 20 years trying to improve it, but it only takes a dry spell and we are back to square one. I love the cottage garden style and have little interest in minimalist or modern design. I like a bit of mess and and a mingling of heights, colours and textures. We live on the edge of marshland, this bit of Lincolnshire is all reclaimed land, hence the boggy soil:)
