I am a housewife who has just acquired a new extended garden, have lots of books on gardening but never the answer to my particular problem. My garden contains quiet a lot of pots, but I do have planting out areas that are not very big. I am just learning how to put certain plants in certain places, but don't always get it right. It's a cottage garden but like to see my individual plant but seem to put the small ones at the back of the big ones, hence the moving about at the end of the summer.I have started taking photos of my garden so I can study them and decide what to move were at the back end of the season.
