After an incredibly busy summer here’s a garden photo update! Garden is just starting to turn colours already to autumn colours and it’s now becoming time in my garden to prune back perennials and things :) and to get the pond netted.

Hi Dan, your garden does not look as though its ready to wind down yet although the net for the pond is a good idea, you'll no doubt be getting ready to start your new year at uni, the time goes so quickly, I cannot believe my grandaughter is about to start her third and final year, hope you are looking forward to it again..
Lovely to see your pics again....

Thanks everyone! Won't be disappearing too much this time! I only live 30 mins from uni so this year I'm commuting via car or train! So lots more garden time! Just made most of the summer seeing childhood friends who are all at different universities!

Wow, Dan, hasn't your pond come on beautifully. Last time I saw it it was in it's very early stages. It's a real credit to you.

Always a joy to see how your garden is progressing. It's looking very good, more 'high summer' than 'autumn' at the moment. Do you net the pond to keep out the leaves, or keep out predators?
