Looks like you did a great job preparing the area - nice and level! I think "lush lawn" was probably exaggerating, more likely is a slight green tinge - trade descriptions act?

Don't worry i put some grass seed down in a small patch about 3wks ago, did'nt think it was going to grow but the last 4-5days it as really taken off, every time i look at it, its grown.

My goodness - talk about a blank canvas! What other plans have you got for the garden?
