nods, if only we had the visual range that birds and insects do! I have an old documentary "seeing the invisible", using infra-rad cameras; totally amazing. it's like our hearing - we hear such a narrow band of sound - a whole orchestra's palying and we only hear the triangle!

lol Kat indeed! dogs' hearing is about five hundred percent sharper than humans' - and they're kept as pets in some of the noisiest places on earth. no wonder they bark so much!
