Cabin with New Wall Planters

Cabin with New Wall Planters

Next year, I'll have to be a little more on top of these wall planters. They were an afterthought, and never made it into bloom other than the Convulvulus before the cool set in. I think the house wasn't over 2C today. Dropping quick.

Thank you Deida. I'm proud of it this year and will post too many times I'm sure. There are still plants here that aren't flowering yet. The neighbors have been stopping in the street when I'm out to thank me that they got to watch all summer and how it improves the neighborhood. I'm very pleased. :-)

Thank you! Done so wonderfully well this year. And can you believe the little wagon has been my planter now for 8 years. I pulled it out of the rubbish with a hole rusted out the bottom, perfect for drainage. :-) The neighbors haven't realized yet that the little row of shrubs I added along the road are to catch all their dust and will block their view soon enough. I just can't take the dust! If only the view made them drive slower......lol.

Your home front is so eye-catching, GT, I'm not surprised you are getting compliments from your neighbours.

Thank you. It is nice to have some local compliments. I don't really have visitors or guests, as its so small. Its great to have notice from the passerby. :-)

Thank you Homebird. I'm starting to wish I'd been home to enjoy it more myself.

Very much. In my case it would be a glass of hot cocoa. I've got my garden bench under the big spruce now directly across from the house so I can watch the garden grow. Watching the world pass is too literal here, as I have cars on the street passing all day......lol.

Thank you. :-) Its like a fairy tale this year. And I've put my barbeque up on the porch if you can just see, which is my favorite thing to do this summer. Barbeque amidst the flowers. :-)
