Hi Bik, no the trough is solid stone, and one of a pair, OH bought me a couple of years ago, specially for my Petunias...I think OH wishes it was hypertufa ha ha, he hates moving them around...
Can't beat the Heucheras Paul, for a bit of show...;o)))
