Had to tell you! Just stumbled across a recipe(!) for Daylily Starters. Thought I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw their centers filled with cream cheese on a Bavarian TV gardening website. After all, it's food;-)

Lol 1poodle11, I knew you could eat them but never actually seen recipes using them!!!!, yep great excuse to take over hubby's allotment,lol.
