In eight days!!

Wow that did perform!

Last Thursday nothing - Friday morning the bud was emerging! Eight days later, although this is not the final form, it's pretty much there! It certainly does perform once it starts!

something so wonderful in eight days ~ what could it achieve in 80?

No such thing as silence Sticki - I have to have the radio or tv at night.

I was so knackered last night that I fell asleep before the end of Frost - dosy bint next to me did too, so we have no idea who did it!!! Then I woke up at 3am, and that was it for me!

It's not that bad all the time - sometimes I can get six or even seven hours!

i heard of someone who had insomnia and they used to make cakes.

I drink tea and catch up with radio4 or the World Service station on the Beeb.

world service is very popular ~ they are not cutting that are they?

There was talk of it, but I believe that it's now limited to some of its content.

That's as fast as my Amaryllis open - in fact probably faster! It's a lovely flower - that would make people sit up & take notice!!!

I must admit that I was surprised by the speed of it all.
