Thanx Reada/Amy iv not seen these in my garden b4 ? im so plezd to have seen 1 :) I seem 2 be very short of Admirals this summer :/ Its wierd as there seems 2 be Many many more White Cabbage Butterflies !

There's supposed to be a lot of these around this year. I saw some up on the Yorkshire coast, but I've seen very few of anything here in the Peak District this year - no peacocks at all. You're very lucky. Cheers Alison

I haven't seen many butterflies..just a few cabbage whites and one tortoiseshell. This Painted Lady is a real treat. Lucky You.
