I scrubbed my table with a wire brush, Amy, so there were no flakey bits and then used the Hammerite paint on it. It seemed to work well.

LOL... you are very welcome Tet ... have you been to Norfolk before ?

10 Feb, 2011

Yes, about 20 years ago to visit friends who lived in Southwold. We spent a week travelling around, but all the places we wanted to see were closed at the time. So this time we will probly hire a cottage (we did last year in Wisbech but the lady had problems with health and cancelled our booking). Went as far north as Cromer and visited Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft but they couldnt hold a candle to Southwold...pretty place. This time around we will make sure everything is open!

Southwold is lovely we love walking down by the fishermens huts the last time we went was when they had a crabbing contest there were hundreds of people there ...
I wouldn't say Wisbech is a very nice area , try to get somewhere near Cley or Burnham market ( it's called little Chelsea because so many stars from London have homes there ) also Blakeny is beautiful .. they are all in that area plus they are near Felbrig ,Holkham etc. let me know maybe we can meet for that cup of tea ..:o)
