Frosty Gooseberry

Frosty Gooseberry

A gooseberry I've put in the garden in its scarlet autumn leaves in the morning sun. I fell in love with it this fall, and really hope it gets through the winter alright. :-) Wonderful berries, wonderful foliage. I love it.

Nice shot. You say Autumn so I guess it's disappeared under snow by now. I hope it survives your Alaskan winter. I'm hoping the same for my garden. It's -17C today

Thank you. :-) This is under the snow now. The landlord cleared my driveway pushiing the snow on it. I hope it does well under that icy pile.

Lovely pic, GT! Just found it! Has it survived the snow covering?

Who knows? Wont be seeing it until end of April or after. Snow doesn't melt here until then, just gets deeper. I'm glad you like the shot though. :-) Thank you.
