Thankyou :-) it is a beauty and yes rather large, never like to prune its such a lovely shape although it is a bit near a pathway and can get a bit vicious.
Yes DD this usually flowers around Christmas, the seasons have gone mad, have a viburnum tinus if full flower too.

I have this one too its over 5ft now I pruned it back a lot in Spring mine you leaves are leathel so sharp.
But yes they are so beautiful
