I made this so we would have a choice, its still in tact so thats tomorrows lunch sorted!

I also do it as an open tart but also add Brocali and Mushrooms Janey, always part of my menu for buffets or supper!

I enjoyed both! the only thing is I have to get the Rennies out after eating Pastry, Theres always a price for the things you like!

Yes I did Carole...3....I didn't have any brocolli, so put more cheese and mushrooms too......still have half left...:o) I used to make these pies and tarts when the kids were small, I'd forgotten how easy they are to make and good hot or cold....:o) Think Toto's way behind again...Lol!

Janey I sometimes add cottage or cream cheese as well if there are any that need using up, dread to think how fattening they are, but boy do they taste good!
