Salvia Turkestonia ..

What super flowers, Amy - absolutely gorgeous.

I'm fascinated by these Mariek the flower heads are huge and the leaves enormous ,Kathy sent me the seed 2 years ago ,the first year they grew into small plants and I wasn't sure what to expect but this year they have exploded into somethiong fabulous I'm thrilled with them :o)

A beautiful Salvia,Amy..such a lovely colour...I want your garden ! Lol.

that goes with it or the Rabbits /Squirrels attacking and eating everything . we are in the process of putting a second layer of rabbit proof wire round on top of the first lot .. the squirrels think it's their playground ! we've even chased a Muntjac deer out ....

In that case Amy, maybe not ! Lol..I'll just have your plants then.Lol.

Kathy sent me some too, mine are not at the flowering stage yet, but having seen yours I can't wait;0))

They are even bigger now Kathy , each one has several branches shooting out covered in flowers , when do you collect the seed ? I presume they will be in the flower heads somewhere !

OK then, so this is the next stage - can't wait.
