lovely photo! ive got this geranium but couldnt remember what it was,thanks for putting the name.

Thanks, Toto! I was awful - I bought three new geraniums, and regretted not buying a fourth! One isn't in flower, the other - the photo is rubbish, so I'll have to take another.

My excuse? I need plants to go where the comfrey was!

Oh I just love that! You can't believe it's a real flower...look at those markings! I think these geraniums are the way to go for me...they are so pretty & all different...I might try some others next year. You've inspired me Spritz!! How good is that?!

Don't forget there is a white one, too, Bb - if you can track it down. I thought I'd try the RHS Plantfinder and see if there's a Nursery that stocks it. This one is a light enough colour to 'shine' in the shade, though.

Will be checking it out too Spritz..thanks for your help.Have a really "difficult" area beneath a huge sycamore tree in the churchyard next door.Trying to fill it with perennials that love shade,but need a bit of variety! There is only so much interest in hostas!
