Blimey Karen....you have got it bad!! Can't blame you though, if I had more room, I would be addicted too....lol!

Oh ... there's another one I want! If I get all on my wish list I'll need another garden just for them! :o)

Well, you know it's not 'all' my fault. Every time I send Vicky an order, she sends me another blooming catalogue! lol ;)

Cor Blimey where do you put them all!
When did you change your avatar, thought i'd got the wrong person ? :)

Sorry Gralew, I change it quite a lot. This is a chocolate Cosmos, I thought it was a beautiful colour! Actually, I am just thinking that I need to get some more flowering evergreens, small ones, as there is an awful lot of mud showing at the moment! I'm thinking of getting a few more little campanulas to fill up some little gaps. They are so fresh looking all year around and they flower twice, so one of mine is now in full bloom and it's lovely! There's plenty of room here still....probably not for any more large plants though, I must admit!

It is a beautiful colour Karen you're quite right. Lots of mud showing in my borders too. Want to revamp my garden a bit, need lots of new bits and bobs in the border. Haven't got any campanulas, thought they became too invasive, am i thinking of somethin else? Planted Tulips and Aliums this week, but still need some flowers till they come out :)

Hi Karen, is this the flower you have now also in your new avatar? Very nice contrast.
17 Nov, 2012
No Katarina, the avatar is a bloom of the chocolate cosmos in the greenhouse. :) Thanks!
Some Campanulas are very invasive Gralew. I have been trying to get rid of C. punctata for years..it has white surface roots that run for yards! I like C. Carpatica, it spreads in lovely low mounds with beautiful lavender blue flowers and it looks good most of the year. Mine flowers in May and November. I love it! Very useful for dry banks and raised borders etc. I've just split it and replanted the babies all along the edge of my border. I just need to go out and water it in now :) Planted some bulbs in there too. The established crocus are almost at the surface already!
