Flowered in June and again in the fall. Small hydrangea with pretty flowers and more mildew than most of my other hydrangeas.

That is mildew, I got this one from a large greenhouse in early Spring and sometimes you see it more on plants with overhead irrigation and poor air circulation. This year it should look much better. Some varieties can get pretty bad mildew, others aren't as bad.
