Spritz - how come these flowers are not blowing in the strong winds? Can't get a good shot of mine for that reason!

just saw BBC report about the flooding, Barbara. Hope you're sitting high and dry. I wish my irises were blooming...they're under snow drifts still!

Not dry, Lorilyn, that's for sure! We're trapped in the house, as the lanes are all impassable. Luckily the house is safe, although the garden was flooded again yesterday.

i've finally got clariette out: admitted it is in the greenhouse.
